“心”已经沉迷在由自己的种种定义所创建的世界里太久太久,即使它知道了真相,也很难一下子完全清醒过来,但是,只要明白了是怎么回事,“心”终究会彻底清醒。“心”在逐渐清醒的过程中重新体验着自己定义的一切,它开始逐渐明白了真正的“平等”,它开始体会到,善恶平等,苦乐平等,高下平等,疾病与健康平等,得与失平等,自我与他人平等,富贵与贫穷平等,生与死平等,福与祸平等,美与丑平等……“心”终于停止了盲目的追逐的游戏,不再用片面的欲望的满足来滋润自己,在体验平等的过程中,“心”在看到手心的同时也自动看到了手背,体验快乐的同时也在自动地体验着痛苦,苦乐相依,心不可能只体验其中一方而体验不到另一方,苦乐现起的时候是同时现起的,消失的时候是同时消失的,“心”在平等的体验过程中发现万事万物都在自动地滋润着它,万事万物都是它,但它不是万事万物,它与万事万物若即若离,“心”在体验平等的过程中变得越来越安静,越来越柔软……

    举个更具体一点的例子,看看“心”是如何定义“幼稚”和“成熟”的,当心想要一个十几块钱的汽车,得到了心就高兴,得不到心就烦恼,心把这定义为幼稚,当心想要一个十几万元的汽车,得到了就高兴,得不到就烦恼,心把这定义为成熟。当心学会了加减乘除,心把这定义为幼稚,当心学会了微积分,心把这定义为成熟。当心围着一个村子跑了一圈觉得跑了好远,心把这定义为幼稚,当心围着一个国家转了一圈觉得跑了好远,心把这定义为成熟。当心集中注意力的能力有三分钟,心把这定义为幼稚,当心集中注意力的能力有三十分钟,心把这定义为成熟。当心用几个零件堆了一个雪人,心把这定义为幼稚,当心用几百万个零件做了一架客机,心把这定义为成熟。心真的成熟了吗?三十岁大人跟三岁的孩子相比只是体型变大了些,知道的东西多了些,想要的东西多了些,但是,这跟成熟有什么关系?这不过是“心”的定义罢了,不过是“心”的又一个游戏罢了,“心”本身从始至终都没有“幼稚”过,也没有“成熟”过,“心”一直都是那个“心”,从未变过,只是它玩的游戏变了而已。

“觉心”不识,“识心”不觉;“觉心”能觉却不能识,“识心”能识却不能觉。一直以来,我们迷失于“识心”即心的体验中,以“识心”为本,以妄为真,殊不知“识心”并不可靠,“识心”产生的知是“妄知”,树不说自己是树,是“识心”在说,花不说自己是花,是“识心”在说,花丛中的蜜蜂不说自己是蜜蜂,是“识心”在说,蜜蜂不说自己勤劳,是“识心”在说,青蛙不说自己是“益虫”是“识心”在说,蝗虫不说自己是害虫,是“识心”在说,“身体”不说自己是谁的身体,是“识心”在说,“识心”说“生老病死”,说“善恶美丑”,说头说脚说身体,说天说地说宇宙,说现在说过去说未来,说你说我说大家,说男说女,说未知说已知,说这件事比那件事更有意义,识心一刻不停的产生一个又一个的念头去识别、认知,这是它的本能,而“觉心”无言,“觉心”不说,但是“觉心”给了我们生命,如果没有“觉心”我们就如同石头一般听不见,看不到,也没有感受,而如果没有“识心”的分别则万事万物犹如一片混沌,没有时间,没有空间,没有万物的分别,“觉心”给了我们生命,“识心”则丰富了生命的内容,“识心”创建了关于生命的所有认知,如果没有认识到“觉心”,不了解“觉心”,则“识心”是生命的王,然而当“识心”面对“觉心”时才知道自己的那些认知都是自己创建的故事罢了,并不是真实的存在,当你感到烦恼的时候,那烦恼的根源并非是我们通常认为的引起烦恼的事物,在“觉心”面前你会看到烦恼是识心的创造,如果没有识心的认知,烦恼咱么会产生呢?“识心”从“觉心”那里看到了世界最初的样子,“识心”在“觉心”面前把自己创建的一切认知都拿掉之后,没有了“生老病死”的认知,没有了“善恶美丑”的认知,没有了头脚和身体的认知,没有了天地宇宙的认知,没有了过去现在未来的认知,没有了你我和大家的认知,没有了男女的认知,没有了未知的“神秘”和已知的“真相”的认知,没有了一件事情比另一件事情更重要的认知,只有觉,觉,觉,在“觉心”面前,万事万物在“觉心”面前平等无二,“识心”看到了一切认知的虚妄性,“识心”的一切认知都是基于“觉心”而生的,“识心”所产生的一切认知都本不存在,一切知都属妄知,心所创建的世界并不是真实的存在,时间和空间都是“识心”认知出来的故事,并非世界本来的样子,即使心所创建的世界毁灭,也跟那世界本身没有半点关系,“毁灭”本身就是心创建的故事附加在那原本的存在——纯粹的空空的没有任何故事的“世界”本身——之上的故事,那存在本身仅仅是存在,所谓的“诞生”与“毁灭”都是识心所创建的故事,与存在本身毫无关系,拿掉识心的认知之后,在觉心的照耀之下,世界重新呈现出它本来的样子,没有任何的故事,没有任何的认知,没有你,没有我,没有了过去现在未来的认知,没有了上下左右高低远近的认知,没有了一件事比另一件事更重要、一件事比另一件事更有意义的认知,当你一觉醒来睁开眼睛看到的世界将会是什么样子?你将觉知到一个不认识的世界存在,然后再在这个空空的没有任何概念的世界里开始创建心的世界,我,你,他,身体,外物,时间,空间等等的认知产生了,心在那空空的没有任何故事的世界之上创建了心的世界,然后心就抛弃了那个空空的没有任何故事的世界,从此以后,心看到的都是心创建的世界,心忘记了那个原来的空空的世界,以为心创建的世界是实有的并迷失其中,其实那只不过是心虚构出来的世界,所以我说即是世界毁灭了也不会伤到心分毫。在日常生活里,要以“觉心”为本,即能时时照见“识心”所产生的认知的虚妄性,切莫以妄为真,让“识心”称王,迷失于“识心”编织的故事里,一个故事就是一个牢笼,“识心”就是那牢笼的制造者,而“觉心”让你看到牢笼的虚妄性,让你的心重获自由,看清楚了牢笼的虚妄性,你才发现原来你的心本自由,自由是你的心的本来面目,你所追求的自由你本来拥有,一刻也未曾丢失过。在这里不必因看到“一切虚妄”这四个字时产生消极的情绪,对一个清醒的人来说,万物的虚妄丝毫不影响它的美丽和魅力,心定义了万物,心怎么可能不爱自己所定义的东西呢?活在清醒里的爱实际上比活在迷失里的爱更痴情,更义无反顾。
